The Culture Kids is organized as a collaboration between ECCO International and ECCO Gambia (the partnership) and culture and education sectors of the three management levels (community, county and national). The partnership is responsible for the Culture Kids project at the national and international level. The partnership will follow up and ensure that funding is used purposefully and ensure that quality is high.

The cooperation is organized through a special task force led by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. The task force Group is composed of a secretary from each of the ministries, and provides advice to the partnership in connection with the development of the Culture Kids.This includes advice on goals and policy instruments for the scheme, and the framework for distribution of funds.The task force considers the questions of political character, while the partnership formulates the priorities of the Culture Kids, based on participatory monitoring and evaluation.
