The Culture Kids educational programme consists of four week-long modules taught by six teams of teachers. The modules contain classes and activities in cultural education, creative learning and self-esteem coaching.

In the cultural education part of the programme, we are aiming to provide the participants with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the cultural heritage indiginous to The Gambia and its regions. Our students will learn about their roots from local teachers and practitioners of dance, music and storytelling.

In our creative learning classes we help the kids to maintain and heighten their sense of curiosity and dispense with the main obstacles to life-long learning: fear of failure or being wrong. We help our students determine their interests, passions and find their optimal mode of learning as well give them the tools they need to reckognize and pursue their dreams.
